With the AIDA Cruise & Help initiative, we actively support the building of schools and better educational opportunities for children all around the world. The focus is particularly on the countries of origin of our crew and the regions we travel to with our ships, because: AIDA is family. Together, we were able to get many school building projects started. 

As a company, we are committed to our responsibility to continuously reduce our ecological footprint. With our innovative power, we are working towards our long-term goal: the climate-neutral cruise. With various projects, such as tree planting or waste collection campaigns, our crew is engaged in contributing to sustainable development at home and abroad. 

Our ships visit over 250 regions worldwide. As part of a new destination campaign, we would like to give something back to those who give us a warm welcome. Whether it's a ship visit, a look behind the scenes or social commitment in the destination. Our aim is to send a clear signal to our regional partners for more cooperation and an open exchange. 

Our voice is our strength. Every one of us, regardless of level or role, speaks up when we have questions, comments, concerns, or new ideas. If we see something that doesn’t seem right, we say something and trust our voices will be heard.
