Your chartered goal
- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle of the assigned fulfillment solutions, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution operating models, milestones, and success criteria
- Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of fulfillment solution technologies, frameworks and tools
- Establish and enforce quality standards for fulfillment solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and a seamless user experience
- Implement and oversee testing processes to guarantee the functionality and performance of the fulfillment solutions in the portfolio
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, making recommendations for technology adoption
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Work closely as part of a team, with colleagues and stakeholders and play an active role in developing a long-term strategy that supports the company's goals
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Your previous ports of call
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app development technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing a solution portfolio with a significant number of applications
- Strong management skills, with a track record of successfully operating significant application portfolio
- Professional Proficiency in English and High Proficiency in German as well as confident handing of MS Office 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
