On shore, our teams showed their spirit in their very own way. Five motivated groups set themselves the mission of developing special ideas within three days that could make the AIDA work culture even better. At the same time, we were able to experience their unique team spirit authentically and at first hand.

Our AIDA Spirit - on board!

The “AIDA Spirit Show” kicked off with our crew on board AIDAprima. Six different teams faced the challenge of developing their own performance within five days. Our protagonists came from the most diverse areas - whether engine room, bar & restaurant or entertainment - all teams brought the “AIDA Spirit” to life in their own way.

Team Kabayan combined tradition and new ideas: They picked up a dance from their home country of the Philippines and showed what people from all over the world can achieve with tolerance and passion.
