Rostock, 10. March 2018

Anyone wishing to attend the biggest event in the North at the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg on August 31, 2018 had to be quick. It only took one day, then the 25,000 tickets for the AIDA Open Air with a spectacular christening show of AIDAnova were sold out.

Together with Hannover Concerts and Four Artistis Booking, the organizers of the AIDA Open Air, AIDA Cruises is delighted at the sensational feedback and gives thanks for all the anticipation to all AIDA fans. "We were overwhelmed by the run on the tickets for this unique event. It will be an unforgettable evening for all guests on site, aboard the AIDA fleet and for the spectators, who will experience the event live via ww.aida.de", says Nico Röger, Managing Director of Hannover Concerts GmbH & Co.

AIDA Cruises stands for fantastic entertainment on board and spectacular events on shore. On the evening of the christening, AIDAnova will be impressively staged in at the shipyard in Papenburg. The festive christening ceremony will be topped off by an amazing light show and fireworks.

A small remaining ticket quota is available from Monday, March 12, 2018, on www.nordwest-ticket.de and www.papenburg-marketing.de. On www.aida.de and the AIDA social media channels, there will be various raffles promotions for the much sought-after tickets in the near future.
