AIDA Night of the Proms 2013
The top stars for the AIDA Night of the Proms 2013 have now been confirmed: Morten Harket of A-ha, Amy Macdonald, The Baseballs, and John Miles will go live on stage this year with a symphony orchestra of 75 musicians. Mark King, the frontman and bassist of Level 42, is also on board. The kickoff concert for AIDA Night of the Proms will take place on November 29, 2013 in the Cologne Lanxess Arena.
This year the most successful music festival in Europe celebrates its 20th anniversary in Germany. The AIDA Night of the Proms combines classical and pop music in a musical cruise through 300 years of popular music. The stars will be accompanied by The Electric Band and the symphony orchestra Il Novecento directed by conductor Robert Groslot.
