Leisure time and recreation
Combine your profession and leisure time at a workplace not seen every day. Structure your working period on board as agreeably to yourself as possible; depending on your contract, it can last from three to six months. Enjoy free hours on the sun deck for employees, relax in the crew sauna, exercise for fitness in our own sport studio, or discover interesting countries and new cultures on excursions at the holiday destination.
Food and accommodation on board as well as the cleaning of your uniform are naturally free of charge. The crew mess provides full board. Special requests such as vegetarian meals or special food for the Asian crew are also taken into consideration as a matter of course. Since all ships of the AIDA fleet operate under European flags, our employees automatically carry social insurance. In case of sickness, not only the guests but also our own employees are treated in the on-board clinic with two ship's doctors and nurses in medical attendance.
